The performance of the realized installation is carefully evaluated according to its specifications and climatic conditions. The performance of the plant is examined with the help of different indicators; performance ratio (PR), specific yield (kWh/kWp), variance based on the weather, individual inverter’s performance, energy performance index (EPI), and plant availability (%). Results are documented with the help of
- Reports on energy yield.
- Solar measurements (weather parameters)
- Operational performance review based on SCADA data (for sites in operations)
- Provisional acceptance (PAC) and Final acceptance testing (FAC)
- Documentation
- As-built documentation with all the drawings, components, plans, datasheets, declarations and warranties, and final delivery documents for record-keeping and future purposes.
- Access to the monitoring portal for monthly, semi-annual, and annual assessments.
- Documentation of all contractual agreements including damages, compensation, response time, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Product and performance warranty by the EPC company.
- Confirmation of the resolved items from the intermediate and final site inspections.
- Supervision of the commissioning process.
